Enjoyed my one-night stay in a charming room with a comfy bed. The attentive staff made breakfast exceptional—fresh fruits and pastries were highlights. Jonny's cheerful drink service at the pool added a lovely touch. Pro tip, Don’t miss the Ginger Restaurant’s themed nights for excellent dining!

my stay was not quite the lavish experience i imagined. the tiny pillows and constant leaks from the shower were disastorous. i also found it surprising that after all I spent, no one offered a complimentary drink or upgrade. I thought I might leave a good review, but alas, i just couldn’t.

Our experience was marred by disorganised check-in procedures. Upon arrival, we were rushed and felt uninformed, resulting in confusion about prepayment policies. the cleanliness of the gym facilities was disappointing, and I was shocked at the state of the showers available for use after check-out.

A lovely escape in the sun

Staying by the adult-only pool was a highlight of my visit. I was enchanted by the scenic outdoor dining options, which felt like a little piece of paradise every evening.

Unfortunately, my room on the 4th floor was quite a trek from the elevators, making it inconvenient for a disabled guest like me. The presence of smokers in neighboring rooms was uncomfortable, prompting us to keep the windows closed.

The breakfast spread was a winner—best I’ve seen with so many lekker choices. The outdoor pools? Such a vibe, especially chilling at the rooftop one with a sundowner. those staff at the pool were sharp-sharp, always ready for a laugh and a help!

Just a bit of a trek from some of the rooms to the pools—ag man, after a long day, it can feel like a mission!

Luxurious Stay with Amazing Amenities

I recently enjoyed a three-night stay in a Design Doble uso individual room, and everything was fabulous! The rooms were not only spacious but also incredibly clean, which made for a comfortable experience. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection of fresh fruits and pastries, and the pools were simply stunning without being overcrowded. I also indulged in a delightful massage at the spa, making my visit even more relaxing.

The room was spacious, featuring a cozy corner with a King size bed and access to a lovely balcony. The food at the rooftop restaurant was delightful, with fresh hand-pressed juices at breakfast and a variety of choices. The pools were beautiful and well-maintained, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere.
